State-of-the-Art Production Facility

Our commitment to delivering outstanding quality led us to establish a state-of-the-art production facility. This separate, customized industrial building incorporates the best bakery machines from six different countries, modified in-house based on our 20 years of operational expertise. Our facility adheres to city code standards and is approved by the Canada Safety Association (CSA), guaranteeing the highest quality and safety for our products.

Sustainable Practices and Minimal Waste

Through our meticulous synchronization of machines and engineering knowledge, we have achieved an impressive reduction of more than 75 percent in waste during the processing stage. This exceptional waste management contributes to our commitment to sustainability and positions us as leaders in minimizing environmental impact within the pita industry.

Revolutionizing Pita Production:

As the second fully automated pita production facility in Canada, we have significantly increased our production capacity to exceed 15,000 pita per hour, a remarkable improvement from the average 1,200.

Authentic Lebanese Delights at Scale:

Sunbake Pita Bakery is recognized as the first Lebanese bakery capable of producing 550 traditional Manoushe and over 1,000 assorted Fatayer per hour without compromising their ethnic flavor and quality.

Traditional Handcrafted Pita Automation:

We are proud to be the first to successfully automate the production of traditional handcrafted pita, such as Saj and Tanour. Our in-house modified CSA-approved machine now produces over 2,800 loaves per hour, revolutionizing the manufacturing process while preserving the authenticity of these cherished products.

Unparalleled Speed and Freshness:

Our highly trained QSR (Quick-Service Restaurant) staff consistently achieve remarkable efficiency, delivering a finished order in less than five minutes on average. Additionally, our back-of-house team ensures the daily production of fresh pita bread, maintaining its highest level of freshness, which is delivered both fresh and frozen throughout parts of Canada.

Comprehensive Expertise and Training:

We prioritize knowledge retention, comprehensive training, and continuous improvement. Our management personnel are equipped to train staff in food handling, food processing, quality control, and we have established an in-house full-time maintenance team dedicated to maintaining the peak performance of our machinery.
